HANDMADE HICKORY IN LIGHT BROWN WITH SAPWOOD HIGHLIGHTS

The distinctive neutral light brown colour that is unique to Kavala is achieved by a subtle surface treatment that mutes some of the warmth naturally present in Hickory’s heartwood, resulting in a natural organic feel perfect for today’s design trends. Kavala is beautiful and sustainable. Like all CRAFT floors, Kavala is made from certified-sustainable (Sustainable Forestry Initiative® SFI-01898) North American wood and ultra-low VOC Coatings. Review our higher standards. Kavala floors are made possible by intensive grading of our CRAFT Elite Grade Hickory. The look that our Kavala floors strive for is to showcase hickory’s beautiful brown heartwood by limiting the white sapwood to accent strips along the sides of some boards. The result is a cleaner, more linear look than other natural Hickory hardwood floors.

CRAFT Zen collection offers organic, light, and natural, wideplank hickory floors. With its exquisite Zen Collection, you can retreat from the stresses of the world and find a calming place of refuge. A CRAFT Elite Grade Hickory floor features a lighter tone and organic patterns that set it apart from other wood floors. Zen's wide and long planks are made from North American Hickory, which produces fewer seams that distract the eye while providing a peaceful ambiance. Zen is an art that clears your mind.

As with every CRAFT floor, it is made of North American hardwood, which is Chain of Custody certified (Sustainable Forestry Initiative® SFI-01898), ensuring that it is legal, ethical, and traceable back to a sustainably managed forest. CRAFT floors are all declared Red List Free and GREENGUARD Gold certified; they are also covered by a Product Specific, Type III Environmental Product Declaration.
