Diamond Delivery - HIAB CRANE DELIVERY

HIAB Delivery includes a specialty crane to off-load the pallet(s) to the customer driveway or near their front door. These are used for oversize pallets that are too large and heavy for a liftgate to be used. It will be the customer's responsibility to bring the flooring inside. All packaging related to the delivery including the wrapping, boxes, and pallet will need to be disposed of by the customer. 

Deliveries occur between Monday - Friday. 

Please note that if you require any custom fabrication (such as custom stair nosing, or moldings) your lead time will be extended by 7-10 business days to allow for the manufacturing process of said items.

Please note that you can also choose to pick up your flooring to avoid paying any shipping cost
