White glove delivery is a service whereby the materials purchased will be delivered inside your home to the main level.

All packaging related to the delivery including the wrapping and boxes will need to be disposed of by the customer. The pallet itself will be disposed of by the courier for White Glove Delivery.

Please note that if you require any custom fabrication (such as custom stair nosing, or moldings) your lead time will be extended by 7-10 business days to allow for the manufacturing process of said items.

The courier / driver is not liable for any potential damages that may arise from bringing the material inside your home.
